Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use FanRank. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your login methods, and all activity under your account. Do not share access or impersonate another person.

2. Campaigns and Credits

Creators may run one active, fixed-duration campaign at a time. Campaign rewards must be prepared and uploaded before publication. Credits are purchased for one identified campaign only: they are not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to another creator or campaign.

Support becomes confirmed when the supporter reaches the campaign’s Base Drop threshold. Only confirmed support enters the campaign ranking and earns the Base Drop. Additional confirmed support can change the final ranking until the fixed end time.

3. Rankings and rewards

Rankings are based first on confirmed Credits and then, for equal scores, on who first reached the final score using server confirmation time and a stable support-event identifier. After settlement, every eligible supporter receives the Base Drop. Top 3 finishers receive progressively higher pre-made rewards and every reward below their final place.

Delivery is normally made through a private link with a limited availability period. You are responsible for downloading an available reward before its link expires and for keeping that link private.

4. Refunds, cancellations, and payouts

At campaign settlement, unused Credits and commitments below the Base Drop threshold are returned to their original payment method. Confirmed support is generally non-refundable. If a creator cancels, required rewards are missing, or FanRank determines delivery cannot be completed, all affected campaign Credits may be refunded.

Creator payouts are calculated only from confirmed support and are released after settlement, successful content delivery, applicable refund review, fees, reserves, and compliance checks. Payment-processor timing and currency conversion can affect when funds appear.

5. Creator responsibilities and content

Creators keep ownership of their content but grant FanRank the limited rights needed to store, display, secure, and deliver it for the campaign. Creators must own or have permission to use every uploaded asset and must comply with applicable law, payment-provider rules, and FanRank policies. Content involving minors, exploitation, non-consensual material, infringement, fraud, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Campaign descriptions must be accurate. FanRank does not promise customized content, permanent access, exclusivity across the internet, or a particular campaign income unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not manipulate rankings, abuse refunds, use stolen payment methods, scrape or disrupt the service, evade access controls, redistribute private rewards without permission, introduce malicious code, or use FanRank to violate another person’s rights. We may investigate, suspend, limit, or terminate activity that threatens users, creators, payment systems, or the platform.

7. Availability and liability

FanRank is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific ranking, creator earnings, fan participation, or the continued availability of a campaign. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or safety changes. The revised date will appear here, and material changes may be announced through the service. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
